This has the goodness of Butter, Freshness of Green Coriander and Zing of Black Pepper and all of them combined to make such a flavourful dish! Do give it a shot folks…

This is one of those dishes for a lazy day where you want to cook something delicious but don’t have the time or enthusiasm to make a dish which is something very comprehensive! and even then the results are stupendous!

Without further adieu…the Recipe….

Ingredients:

750 gms Chicken cut into small pieces
50 grams Amul Butter
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp black pepper ground to a coarse texture
1/2 cup – Finely chopped up coriander leaves
Salt – As per taste

Method:

1. Add the butter & oil to a nonstick pan on slow flame.
2. Add the chicken pieces and stir till the chicken turns brown.

3. Add the ground pepper and salt and stir well.

4. Cook till water from the chicken evaporates.
5. Now add 1 cup water, cook till chicken is tender and a little gravy remains.

6. Add the coriander leaves and stir fry for 3-5 minutes.
7. Enjoy with Hot Tawa Rotis.
